Internal training capacity, prior to deployment all officers will undergo refresher training in an accredited training centre on the following:
1. Effecting an arrest
2. Communication-oral & written
3. Report writing
4. Access & egress control
5. Customer care
6. First aid & SHE
7. Attend and give evidence in court

o Preparation and finalisation of a roster.
o Correct equipment, ensure all the time the required equipment is deployed on
site.
o Right number of officers are at work and on time.
o All officers on site have the correct grades & qualifications as per client
specification and our criteria.
o Parade, where the number of officers to be deployed in one site there will be parade at the end of every shift to ensure that clear instruction and given and that the deployment is correct.
o In the event that officer in any given site are less than 10 they will be expected to report on duty via their two-way radio 15 minutes prior to start of their shift to the control room.
o Posting sheets, the inspector will prepare posting sheets indicating the officer on duty together with equipment on site. These posting sheets will be kept in a safe place and SAPS will have full access to them.
o Continue review of Site instruction, this is necessary to ensure that the instruction is relevant to the changing services need but also to ensure that the client instruction are properly communicated to the personnel.
o Inspector checklist, when an inspect visit a site he will use an checklist to ensure that everything is covered like appearance of the officers, the neatness, equipment in working order, etc.
o Radio control, there will be periodical radio communication to confirm if everything is in order.
o Management visits, once every week the management will satisfy themselves that the client specification are followed to the later.
o Real time monitoring system, if the client so wishes this can be arranged at additional fee.
o Client feedback, the management will for ever inquire from management about the performance of the security officers and use such feedback to improve services.
o Weekly meetings, there will be weekly meeting with the service centre heads or nominated officials to look at operation matters and discuss security breaches
o Monthly meetings with the security manager at a provincial level, to look at the overall security and review feedback from service centres.
o Over and above that the client will be given the cellphone numbers of all JV partners but we encourage communication to go through the operations manager.
o On quarterly basis we will conduct a full review of the service including interviews with the personnel to ascertain whether our officers conducts themselves appropriately or not.
